•  An All-Events Pass (AEP), which is your name badge, admits you to all events during competition weekend.

•  Individual event tickets are available only to non-members and may be purchased at the door.

•  Sweet Adelines members outside Region 5 must purchase passes.

•  Current Region 5 chorus member AEPs are paid by chorus treasurers as part of their regional assessment.

•  Non-member Directors must purchase an AEP whether attending the contest as a competitor or spectator.

•  AEPs are not transferable or refundable.

•  Spectators and competitors must present AEPs or individual session tickets at the door to be admitted.

•  All competitors must have their AEPs with them during the competition (except on stage).

Region 5 Chorus Members : All-events passes will be mailed to the chorus team leader/president.

Chapter-At-Large Members: Paying your regional assessment registers you for competition. Pick up your AEP at the information desk on the ground floor at the Crowne Plaza .

Names on the passes will be obtained from roster information on file with International Headquarters as of December 31, 2007 . If you have newly registered member(s) since December 31, email Janet Clark to order an AEP. The deadline is March 15 . These passes may be picked up at the information desk on the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza .

After March 15 , non-members should purchase quartet and chorus competition tickets at the auditorium and Show of Champion tickets at either the information desk (ground floor of the Crowne Plaza) or at the door. SAI members outside of Region 5 should purchase AEPs at the information desk at the Crowne Plaza .
