VENDOR INFORMATION
On behalf of the Spirit of the Midwest Region 5 members and competition steering committee, we invite you to be a vendor at our upcoming competition and convention in Cedar Rapids, IA on April 23-25, 2026. We expect more than 400 women, ranging in age from late teens to "mature" adults, to be in attendance - and what woman doesn't like to shop?
The Boutique will be located in the Doubletree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex (the convention headquarters hotel), near the Sweet Adelines Information Desk. The contest events will be held at the nearby Paramount Theatre.
If you're interested in this opportunity, please review the information below and submit your forms and payment as soon as possible to be included in our set-up plan on a first-come, first-served basis. We hope you will be able to join us and look forward to seeing the items you have to offer.

VENDOR SET-UP
Upon Arrival at the Doubletree, please check in at the Sweet Adelines Information table. The boutique will be in the same general area. Personnel at the Information table will direct you to the Boutique. Your table(s) will be marked with your name. Please do not move your tables and do not take any table that is not identified with your name.
HOTEL
Special room rates ($156.00 per night, excluding taxes/fees) are available to the vendors (paid by the vendor) at the Doubletree hotel. Vendor will be charged in the event of a “no-show” unless the vendor properly cancels the reservation.
