VENDOR INFORMATION
On behalf of the Spirit of the Midwest Region 5 members and competition steering committee, we invite you to be a vendor at our upcoming competition and convention in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on April 20-23, 2023. We expect more than 400 women, ranging in age from late teens to "mature" adults, to be in attendance - and what woman doesn't like to shop?
If you're interested in this opportunity, please review the information below and submit your forms and payment as soon as possible in order to include you in our set-up plan on a first-come, first-served basis. We hope you will be able to join us and look forward to seeing the items you have to offer.
The Boutique will be located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex (the convention headquarters hotel), near the Sweet Adelines Information Desk. The contest events will be held at the near-by Paramount Theater.

VENDOR SET-UP
Upon Arrival at the DoubleTree, please check in at the Sweet Adelines Information table located up the steps from the ground floor of the convention center. The boutique will be located in the same general area. Personnel at the Information table will direct you to the Boutique. Your table(s) will be marked with your name and a Vendor name badge(s) will be supplied. Please do not move your tables and do not take any table that is not identified with your name.
HOTEL
Special room rates ($118.00 per night, excluding taxes/fees) are available for vendors at the DoubleTree hotel. Vendors may contact Michelle at: pivosen1978@gmail.com to make their reservation. See Additional Resources section below for links to the hotel websites.
